School is not always easy but this year your kid's lunchbox can be! Forget those little post-it notes reading, "Have a good day!" because this clever idea is reusable. Our RightThisMinute craft genius Jessica Hord is going to show you how to brighten up your student's day with a sweet reminder using a chalkboard... BUILT INTO THE LUNCHBOX!

You'll Need:

— Metal lunch box

— Plastic bags

— Painter's tape

— Black chalkboard spray paint

— Chalk

Instructions:

1. Cover all areas of the lunch box, except the back wall of the lid, with bags and tape.

2. Follow instructions on spray paint for painting back wall. Put two coats on the back wall. Let it dry overnight.

3. To prepare the chalkboard wall for writing, scribble chalk over entire surface. Erase.

4. Remove bags and tape. You're done!

"Frozen"-Themed Lunch You'll Need: -- Any sandwich bread (darker breads contrast nicely with the mozzarella) -- Mozzarella cheese (block or sandwich slices) -- Cream cheese -- Black olives -- Baby carrots -- Candy eyes -- Pretzel sticks -- Blueberry yogurt -- Blue and white sprinkles -- Cheez-It Scrabble Junior crackers Instructions: 1. Start by cutting Olaf's body from mozzarella. (Looking at a photo of Olaf will help.) 2. Secure three main pieces of Olaf's body to top of bread with cream cheese. 3. Cut "coal" buttons, mouth, and eyebrows from black olives and secure to Olaf's body using cream cheese. 4. For Olaf's nose, cut a small chunk from a baby carrot and secure to Olaf's face with cream cheese. 5. Cut a tiny rectangular piece of mozzarella for Olaf's teeth and secure with cream cheese. 6. Secure two candy eyes to Olaf's face with cream cheese. 7. Poke two pretzel sticks into the bread on either side of Olaf for his arms. 8. Poke 3 halved pretzel sticks into the bread above Olaf's head for his "hair". 9. Surround sandwich with a few baby carrots. 10. Pour blueberry yogurt into a container and top with blue and white sprinkles. 11. Put more pretzel sticks into a container and top with Cheez-Its, spelling "OLAF". You're done! Inspired by: Mom Endeavors Sea-Themed Lunch You'll Need: -- Cookie cutter[s] -- Sandwich bread -- Peanut butter -- Jelly -- Candy eyes -- Cream cheese -- Baby carrots -- Goldfish crackers -- Blueberries -- Strawberries Instructions: 1. Use cookie cutter[s] of choice to cut into slices of bread. 2. Dress sandwich as normal and top with candy eyes, using cream cheese to secure. 3. Add Goldfish crackers as a side. 4. To make a squid, put blueberries into a container and "fan" one strawberry and cut two grooves into the side of another strawberry. Put the two together on top of the blueberries and press one candy eye into the grooved strawberry. You're done! Inspired by: One Crafty Thing "Star Wars"-Themed Lunch You'll Need: -- Dried mango slices -- Sandwich bread -- White cheese slices (any white cheese will work—think havarti, provolone, mozzarella, etc.) -- Cheddar cheese slices -- Raisins -- Cream cheese -- Deli meat -- Cheez-It Star Wars crackers -- Boiled egg -- Black food-safe marker Instructions: 1. To make BB-8, use a circle cookie cutter or large, round glass to punch out a large circle for the body out of the bread. Do the same with a smaller cutter and cut in half. Cut out identical shapes of white cheese. 2. Put bread pieces down into a container and top with meat and then top with slices of white cheese. 3. Cut facial and body features from cheddar cheese slices and secure to white cheese with cream cheese. 4. Secure one whole raisin to face with cream cheese and a piece of a raisin for the smaller facial features. 5. Put crackers into one container. 6. Because no Thanksgiving's complete without the "big game", RightThisMinute how-to guru Jessica Hord has a turkeylicious indoor game that the kids (and even the grown-up ones) will love! We've got the entire tutorial below. You'll Need: — Large paper bag — Stapler — 2 Small paper bags — Newspaper or scrap paper — 2 Pieces of white tissue paper — Glue gun and glue sticks — White, brown, and green construction paper Instructions: 1. If there's a lot of advertising on your big paper bag, slowly and carefully turn it inside out. 2. Now fold the outer edges down into the bag at least four inches. 3. Fold the two front corners of the bag down into the front oof the bag, like you would do with wrapping paper. Staple the flaps to the front of the bag. 4. Stuff two smaller bags with newspaper or scrap paper until they're a fourth of the way full. 5. Put a sheet of white tissue paper into each bag as if you were stuffing a gift bag, leaving a couple of inches of white tissue paper sticking out of the top. 6. Twist the tops of the smaller bags and then staple to secure. 7. Use hot glue to secure legs to the front of the bag. 8. Ball up pieces of construction paper, and you're done!
