Police in Tulsa, Oklahoma are reaching out to the public in hopes of identifying a suspect in an attempted carjacking. CCTV cameras were recording when a suspect ditched his bicycle and tried to steal an SUV before being chased of by the owner.

Next, a mother and her child in India were riding on a scooter when somebody came up alongside them and stole the mother's necklace right off of her. The force of the theft pulled the mother and child to the ground as the suspect drove off. They only suffered only minor injuries.
