Move over s'mores, you've got a tasty competitor!
Fresh from Simon and Lisa Thomas' 2RidetheWorld global travels is this delicious dessert that combines bananas, cinnamon, and honey in a mouthwatering food ménage à trois. You can find international cookbooks by the dozen online, but Dirty Dining: An Adventurer's Cookbook places a rare emphasis on practicality—meaning you could make any of its treats at a campsite on the go! And who better to test this treat than RightThisMinute's own resident foodie and how-to wizard Jessica Hord?
