Surprising People With A 100-Person Dance Party 1:45
To promote their new exhibition, "New York, New Music: 1980-1986," the Museum of the City of New York collaborated with Improv Everywhere to surprise people on the streets with a dance party. When an unsuspecting person stood on a sign on the ground that read “stand here for dance party,” they were immediately bombarded by a professional b-boy dance crew, a vintage 1980s boombox, and a crowd of dancing people. Other bystanders joined in on the fun too, making it a party of well over 100 people. Now that's what we call pep in your step!
