Have you ever gone into the kitchen and smelled food so good you could just sing? That's what Carvell did when he smelled the fried chicken his father was cooking up. We have to admit, we'd hum a little tune too, based on how good that chicken looked. But while both father and son have lovely singing voices, that doesn't mean the son gets to try the chicken before it's ready.
Next, why would somebody want to record a song in an igloo? As musician and singer Simon Brown demonstrated, when you live in Brooklyn, it can be hard to find a nice quiet spot to record. The igloo does an excellent job of canceling out the noise. Some of Simon's neighbors built the igloo, and he figured what better way to use it? You can go to his website to learn more about the awesome sound installation he's building with his mom.
