This guy's attempting to lift a hefty bar stacked with 225 pounds to reach a personal max...with no spotter. When he's unable to bring the bar back up, it falls on his neck and begins choking him. After a few agonizing seconds, he's able to wiggle himself free. Phew! Close calls don't get much closer than that, so we're glad this guy's OK.
