We love bringing you puppy surprises! Usually, it’s other people being surprised with a new four-legged family member, but today we’re sharing one of our own. RTM producer Betsy and her husband surprised their children with an adorable French bulldog. They were a bit stunned at first but their reaction to his name is pure delight!

In our next surprise, the new puppy’s name is Betsy and for the 9-year-old boy who promptly scoops her into his arms, it’s love at first cuddle. He bursts into tears, which pause temporarily when a man behind the camera says they can only keep the puppy for an hour. It’s a joke, of course, which cues more tears. Oh why do you play with a sweet kid’s heart like that!
