While battling a raging wildfire in France, firefighters find themselves trapped inside an inferno. Despite the terrifying scene around them, the crew manages to keep calm enough to activate their vehicle's fire protection system. The feature creates a sort of water bubble around the truck, temporarily protecting it as it makes its way through the flames. It ended up working like a charm and the firefighters escaped with no injuries.
From what to do in a fire to what not to do, we can all learn from this man's experience. While he's working on a motorcycle in a shop, the bike suddenly catches fire. The man then rushes to grab some water, but when he dumps it on the flames, they do nothing but spread. This type of reaction is caused by pouring water onto a fuel tank, so if you ever find yourself in a similar situation (hopefully you don't!) the best thing you can use to extinguish a gas fire is sand or a wet blanket.
