Salvador Chang is no stranger to thrill-seeking. He has many skydives under his belt already, but he has started getting into wingsuits. Australian police forced a motorcyclist off his bike at a traffic light. Nothing seemed to be amiss, but something caught police attention. The man had been driving around with no plates. Police were able to catch up with him when he stopped at a traffic light. At least he didn't run the red!
