After a bad storm, John and Julie Mire of Louisiana discovered a little baby bird in an iris bush in their yard. Without a lot of information, the two decided to take it in as it clearly needed help rehabilitating. John and Julie got in touch with a bird rehabber for helpful advice, and over time were able to put the little sparrow they eventually named Iris back on track with her development.
