Cyclists racing in a championship in Bloomington, Illinois pile up in a terrifying crash. First, a rider fell down on a turn, next the rider with the point-of-view camera crashed, and then you can hear cyclists piled up behind those two. But, that is nowhere near the worst part of this accident. Once on the ground, the riders found thumbtacks on the course and stuck in their tires. A guy in Romania was caught on security footage vandalizing a local pizzeria. He threw objects at the delivery car and kicked in its window. Then, he attempted to enter the pizzeria by jumping and kicking at the front door but was unsuccessful, so he continued to damage the vehicle. Finally, the guy did get inside the restaurant and started trashing the place. Investigators have arrested the 18-year-old suspect. A New Jersey transit police officer pulled a man off the train tracks seconds before the oncoming train sped past.
Officer Victor Ortiz responded to a call about an agitated passenger on a train in Secaucus, New Jersey. The passenger told the officer he didn't want to go to jail, threw himself onto the train tracks, and said he just wanted to die. Ortiz risked his own life to rescue the man from being hit by the oncoming train. Video from NJ Transit shows the officer pull the man off of the tracks just seconds before the train speeds past them. The police officer took the man into custody, gave him some medication, and was able to speak to him. The officer said the man could not believe that he saved him, but Ortiz said he would do it again.
