A father and mother missed the departure of their cruise ship heading to New York from the Bahamas. The parents were late and the cruise ship waited 30 minutes before they left. You can see the distraught mother drop to her knees as she sees the vessel sail away. Her two children were on board the ship, but not alone because their uncle was with them. The parents were reunited with their kids three days later in New York.

The officer continued to pursue the suspect and was taken to the hospital after sustaining a broken wrist, bruises, and bumps from the incident.
