Colorado National Guardsmen were responding with a helicopter crew to a climber that needed to be rescued. One of the soldiers fractured his leg during the rescue attempt. The crew was able to lift the victim to safety but the soldier had to wait to be flown to medical treatment as the victim was the first priority.
