For the second time in two weeks, the LA Animal Services SMART team was called out to rescue a horse. This horse, named Double Dutch, wasn't able to stand after being down over night. Here's a good case of things escalating when they really didn't really need to. A few teens across the pond were playing football when the ball went over a fence and into a man's yard. Some of the kids knocked on the front door of the house, but there was no answer. An angry man came outside and accused the kids of jumping into his garden, though the kids claimed they were only in an alleyway near the garden.
