For the second time in two weeks, the LA Animal Services SMART team was called out to rescue a horse. This horse, named Double Dutch, wasn't able to stand after being down over night. In this series of photographs and video, we see Ernesto Poblano with Nav, Ramon, Jumper, El Gato and Glen do some pretty amazing things to get Double Dutch up using a Becker sling. Here's a good case of things escalating when they really didn't really need to. A few teens across the pond were playing football when the ball went over a fence and into a man's yard. Some of the kids knocked on the front door of the house, but there was no answer. An angry man came outside and accused the kids of jumping into his garden, though the kids claimed they were only in an alleyway near the garden. A pair of Volvo mechanics in Tulsa, Oklahoma were talking about a car that belongs to one their customers when they were headed to lunch. All of a sudden, they noticed the stolen vehicle. A mechanic with this kind of attention to detail is the kind of mechanic you want! So the chase was on with everything caught on dashcam, and the guys followed the car in question while they got the police on the phone. This dash camera footage was shot by a police vehicle. The police officers pursued a 19-year-old dirt biker who was riding with no license plates. The biker attempted to evade police by speeding down a dirt road. This pursuit ended in the dirt biker being ran over by the police car. Witnesses were disturbed when police refused to jack up the car to free the pinned dirt biker who was wailing in pain. The emergency medical crew arrived 15 minutes later. First this female driver in a white Jeep tailgates a driver recording on a dash camera in Canada. Later you can see the female driver screaming, "Get out of your car!" Then in Beaverton, Oregon this driver pulled over for an ambulance to pass. After the ambulance passed this driver attempted to pull back into a lane and was almost hit by a black Corvette.
