What was supposed to be a routine traffic stop in Chattagnooga, Tennessee for Officer Alex Olson was anything but routine. When he attempted to pull over Luster Deloney, 20, for running a stop sign, Deloney refused. At one point, Deloney decided to back into the patrol car, so Olson pulled out his gun and fired four shots at the fleeing vehicle.
