Members of two drug cartels in Thailand were recently thwarted from a suspected drug deal after police blocked in the dealers from making a transaction. However, cartel members did not give up without a fight and one of their trucks rammed a cop into another vehicle. After the cop was hit, police went into pursuit and arrested several dealers. Somebody purchased a house in North Phoenix and there just happened to be a family of owls nested in a tree near the home. There was a problem though, the tree was getting old and began falling apart. So the owners of the home stabilized the tree and made sure the bark wouldn't fall anymore. They also installed the Owl Cam, which allows people around the world to watch this family of owls grow. In clip one, a driver in Russia was clearly not paying attention as he crossed some train tracks. The train was not going fast but absolutely demolished the vehicle and injured the driver and passenger. CCTV captured an officer-involved fight in the UK. A young man standing outside a club was suddenly swarmed by a large group of officers. The man's mother was the one to release this footage and she believes the officers assaulted her son. A Rubens' Tube is essentially a group of burners, and Veritasium was recently in Denmark to check out a pyro board set up to use that equipment. So this 2D Rubens' Tube acted as a fiery embodiment of the noise that played into the board. Similar to the meteor explosion seen over Russia last year, another object went streaking through the night sky in Murmansk around 2:00 a.m., although it does not seem to have shaken things up nearly as much as last time.
