A pair of animal rescues featuring some good Samaritans were recently caught on camera. In clip one, a buck connected to a fellow deer carcass was struggling to break free following their head-to-head collision. Luckily, a man was walking by and noticed his struggle, so he used a saw to cut the animal loose. In clip two, a group of firefighters and the St. Louis Humane Society were forced to rescue a puppy from a drainpipe. Crime can be scary and stupid and these videos show examples of both. In clip one, a group of sledgehammer-wielding crooks were caught on tape in England trying to break into an apartment. It turns out the resident was inside the apartment during the horrifying ordeal, but luckily the men could not break into the home and left. In clip two, a man in Tallahassee, Florida was caught attempting to detach a guard gate in the downtown area. Police are looking for the guy and a few others, who have performed similar crimes. Dashcam footage captured the moments leading up to an officer-involved shooting. The suspect was convicted rapist Dean Randolph Jess who, reports say, had escaped from the Montana State Prison where he was serving a 50-year sentence. Guns drawn, police approached a stolen jeep with Jess holding a pistol inside. After brief moments of yelling, four shots rang out from police and Jess died at the scene. The officer's actions in the incident were ruled to be justified. View Now
A bizarre and scary scene from the New York City Subway 175th Street train station. A man lay screaming on the tracks, refusing to get up. His friend and another guy tried to get him up before the train came, but they failed to do so. The train came, passed right over the guy, and he walked away with no injuries. View Now

A pair of scary crashes got caught on camera, and they aren't your everyday accidents. In clip one, a crash at an intersection in Russia caused a truck full of 11 inmates to flip. The car that struck the truck had run through a red light at the intersection. In clip two, a woman was on a crosswalk in Washington when a UPS truck ran her over. The driver went to check on the woman, then took off. The woman had several injuries due to the accident and is now suing the driver and the company. View Now

A year after being hit by tragedy at the Boston Marathon bombings, three survivors became a family.
