A police officer in Michigan tried to pull over 34-year-old Aubrey Coy, but she took off and led cops on a high speed chase. Coy was allegedly high on cocaine and had her five-year-old daughter on her lap. Police had been working to take Coy's limited custody away from her, even prior to this incident. Police say she kidnapped her daughter and refused to surrender her to police. She had the daughter in her arms as police attempted to apprehend Coy. View Now

Police were forced to evacuate the finish line of the Boston Marathon on Tuesday night after two unattended backpacks were found near the site. A man was seen and heard walking Boylston Street screaming "Boston Strong" and moving in a peculiar manner. According WCVB in Boston, police have detonated at least one of the backpacks and arrested the man, who was wearing a black veil and face paint. The Boston Marathon is set to take place on April 21.
