A dog on a beach in San Sebastian, Spain was recently a real pain to people enjoying a walk in the sand. The dog was off a leash when he tried to play a bit too hard with beachgoers in the area. An Illinois conservation officer had to use deadly force to save the life of a state trooper. The pair pulled over a minivan but the driver eventually took off and pinned the trooper between his vehicle and the patrol car.
