An officer in Huber Heights, Ohio pulled over 63-year-old Marsha Landing for an illegal lane change, but she failed to acknowledge his sirens. She even went as far as to park and take her dog out of the car before even talking to the cop. After both got out their cars, office Brian M. Doyle threatened to taser Landing and then proceeded to aggressively handcuff her. Landing was in jail for 12 hours for resisting arrest and her dog was taken to the local Humane Society.
