Police in New York became suspicious of a local smoke shop owner, Donald Andrews Jr., and decided to send in an undercover informant to scope things out. After two visits to the shop, a photo of crack cocaine on a counter top was taken and used to arrest Andrews, and he faced 2-7 years of jail time.
