Two people are dead after a fireworks warehouse exploded in Quebec Thursday morning. Police say B.E.M. Fireworks went up in flames after what they say was a massive explosion that left a huge cloud of smoke that could be seen for miles. Grayson Clamp of Charlotte, North Carolina, was born without hearing nerves in both ears. The three-year-old has lived his life in silence. After Cochlear Implants were ruled out, Grayson became the first child in the US to have an auditory brain stem plant performed at University of North Carolina Hospitals as part of an FDA investigational device trial.
