In this recently released dash cam footage, a sheriff's deputy walks up to the passenger window to talk to the driver when he is suddenly shot three times. Footage has emerged of a man believed to be one of the alleged murderers who ran over and killed a British soldier in London. The man has bloodied hands and is carrying knives as he speaks into a camera phone minutes after the brutal attack. Initial reports indicate the soldier was beheaded.
