Surveillance footage has just been released of a tragic incident at a casino in Melbourne, Australia. Three people, two men and a woman, were asked to leave by security because one of them had too much to drink. As the group was leaving, the woman slapped a bouncer and was violently thrown to the ground. The other two men were also tackled during the commotion. One of whom, suffered a fatal heart attack during the incident, and died four days after the ordeal.

An investigation is underway to determine if Brazilian police took the proper safety precautions while pursuing Marcio Pereira, a drug trafficker.
