Charles Ramsey is a bonafied hero. Listen to him tell a News Channel 5 reporter in Cleveland exactly how he rescued missing teens. Ramsey says he sees his neighbor, and their alleged captor, every day and had absolutely no idea he had girls being kept against their will in his house.
