Adam Pringle ended up in jail overnight on charges of obstruction, after refusing to stop recording a police officer citing him for smoking on the Mission Beach Boardwalk in San Diego, California. On Saturday evening, Pringle and two friends were walking on the boardwalk when two police officers on bikes stopped them for smoking in the area, according to Pringle. Smoking on the Boardwalk is against the law. Pringle began recording the incident, and one of the officers asked Pringle to stop recording. "Phones can be converted into weapons... look it up online," the officer said. View Now
