An animal almost driven to extinction during the 20th century is alive and well. Jaguars have long roamed the Southwest, but it's not always easy to spot them. The Center for Biological Diversity just released a video taken with a remote-sensor camera that captures a jaguar along with bears, deer and a mountain lion all in the same area of the Chiricahua Mountains in Arizona. Dowdy Ferry Road is known as a dumping site for different materials and trash, but it became an unfortunate stop for a 1-year-old dog. The good people at Vet Ranch really had their work cut out for them when Shadow the dog came through their doors. Police had to get involved when neighbors noticed Shadow was running around with massive tumors literally hanging from his leg. Vets thought they might have to amputate that leg, but they took a chance and only removed the tumors. The gamble paid off because Shadow got to keep his leg and is now living in a new home. View Now
An altercation between a group of motorcyclists and pickup truck drivers got out of hand in Oklahoma City. Before the start of the video, the motorcyclist claims he was cut off by the truck driver. Wet roadways are a recipe for disaster and a passenger bus in China carrying 40-some passengers found themselves stuck in a nightmare. The bus loses its grip on the road and skids to a halt on its side. Immediately, surrounding drivers leave their vehicles to help some of the passengers get out but unfortunately, many others were trapped inside. One was confiscated after someone tried to make him a pet, and the other is an endangered cub rejected by its mother. The cub rescued from its mother was living at the National Zoo in Washington, D.C but has now been flown to the San Diego Safari Park where the pet taken at the border has been living since Aug. 23.
