This emotional video shows a 14-year-old boy dancing at the memorial site where his mother was run over by a suspected drunk driver in Las Garzas, Chile. The boy is seen dancing the traditional dance "cueca" beside the road. Hours after the hit-and-run, the boy found his mother in agony just 656 feet from her home. Sadly, his mother passed away as a result of her injuries. The case is still under investigation but some reports say a man was arrested in connection with the incident. View Now
