This emotional video shows a 14-year-old boy dancing at the memorial site where his mother was run over by a suspected drunk driver in Las Garzas, Chile. The boy is seen dancing the traditional dance "cueca" beside the road. Hours after the hit-and-run, the boy found his mother in agony just 656 feet from her home.
