Man Runs Over Police Officers In Phoenix

In a shocking video, a man maliciously plowed his vehicle into three police officers in Phoenix, Arizona. The officers were standing outside of a convenience store when the man crashed his car into the officers. The man, identified as Marc LaQuon Payne, then struggled with the officers before being taken into police custody. Two officers sustained serious but non-life threatening injuries.
