A horrifying incident occured in this eyewitness video obtained by the Chicago Sun-Times. In the video, a 46-year-old man, Joseph Fults, can be seen inside of a vehicle having a violent domestic dispute with his 23-year-old girlfriend. But things got even worse. As Fults began to drive away he ran over the legs of his girlfriend's eight-month-old daughter. Luckily, she only suffered bruises. Fults is being charged with battery for the incident. View Now
