The message was in memory of a man named Melvin Stanley Clary, who had recently passed away. A police dashcam in Warsaw, Poland picked up the pursuit of a reckless motorcyclist. The driver and his passenger were intoxicated and on a suspended license when the driver crashed into some parked cars. Initially, Ethan Francis Pick tackled the female cop and punched her several times, before other officers could get him off of her.
