There had been reports of a bear with its head stuck in a bucket roaming around Perry Township, Pennsylvania as early as July 4. Initial efforts to trap the bear failed. It wasn't until the "Save the Bucket Bear" Facebook page was created that it was tracked down and rescued. Dean Hornberger, along with Jeff Kriebel, Kaitlyn Lakin, Eric Kriebel and Shawn Balcita, were the ones who finally took the bucket off the bear's head.
