A Florida Highway Patrol car in Orange County, Florida was passing through a green light when it was side-swiped by a vehicle making a right turn. Dashcam video captured the culprit continuing to drive away following the incident. Peterson Mitchell, 21, would have only received a minor citation if he had just pulled over, but he chose not to stop. He eventually pulled over, but he and one of his passengers took off. A police officer in Helmetta, New Jersey is under investigation after being caught on camera making a very bold statement, saying he didn't have to follow the Constitution. Special Police Officer Richard Recine confronted Steve Wronko, who Recine said "alarmed" workers in a government building because he was taking pictures on the property.
