First things first, this one's the craziest. The Salt Lake City Police Department's battle to arrest a homeless man while he resisted, was all captured on camera by a bystander. The homeless man, 39-year-old Steven Carsello, was allegedly chasing another man with a car antenna and when police arrived, he went berserk. Police tased him multiple times but he kept getting up and running away. He took the fight to the back of a work truck and then under the truck until police were finally able to get him under control. View Now

For many years San Francisco has celebrated Escape From the Rock. Swimmers attempt to brave the ice cold waters of the San Francisco Bay and swim from the infamous prison, Alcatraz, to the city. A group of good Samaritans and rescue crews jumped into the water after a 70-year-old man drove his car off of a pier in Turkey. The group was able to rescue the man and eventually got him onto a boat. He was taken to a hospital where he is currently in intensive care. View Now
A Florida Highway Patrol car in Orange County, Florida was passing through a green light when it was side-swiped by a vehicle making a right turn. Dashcam video captured the culprit continuing to drive away following the incident. Peterson Mitchell, 21, would have only received a minor citation if he had just pulled over, but he chose not to stop. He eventually pulled over, but he and one of his passengers took off. A police officer in Helmetta, New Jersey is under investigation after being caught on camera making a very bold statement, saying he didn't have to follow the Constitution. Special Police Officer Richard Recine confronted Steve Wronko, who Recine said "alarmed" workers in a government building because he was taking pictures on the property. Wronko said he was investigating his local animal shelter.
