Seriously? Who would steal a dog? This is Dallas, a black poodle with an awesome Mohawk. His owner left him in the cab of her truck when she went shopping at a Walmart in Boise, Idaho. Investigators believe two women who appear to be shown on camera in the Walmart holding Dallas are the ones who took the punk rock poodle.
