UPDATE: The masked gunman who fired shots at the Clackamas Town Center Mall in Portland, Oregon Tuesday has been identified as 22-year-old Portland resident Jacob Tyler Roberts. He killed two people and himself, but reports say he didn't appear to be targeting anyone. The victims have been identified as Cindy Ann Yuille, 54 and Steven Forsyth, 45. Kristina Shevchenko, 15, is in serious condition.
