Sara Ferreira was driving on a bridge in Brazil when she swerved to avoid a traffic cone and lost control. Her car plunged 20 feet into the river below. She was trapped for minutes before a motorist behind her on the bridge, José Ribamar, jumped into the water and opened her car door, saving her. Stray Rescue of St. Louis Official got a call about two dogs in the basement of an abandoned building. They went down to check it out and found Mia and Max calling out for help! The pups had collars and tags on them, and when they contacted mom, they learned that the two of them had been missing for over a month! Mom was so happy to reunite with her pups. Chris Garland is defying the odds after a devastating hit and run accident changed his life forever. He was walking home after a long day at work in June when a driver, now thought to have been high on drugs, jumped the curb and ran him over.
