An explosion on a subway left commuters in Brazil shaken and looking for a way out. Cell phone video shows the chaos and confusion as smoke began to fill the cabin and people tried to exit however they could. Apparently, the explosion was caused by a tree branch that had fallen on the tracks during a storm, but to those riding the subway, it could have been anything that caused the incident. View Now

Researchers discovered a strange-looking creature scouring the ocean floor east of Antarctica. The creature looks somewhere between a human heart and a headless chicken. They identified the species as a type of sea cucumber, and it uses its tiny tentacles to drag itself along the ocean floor, filtering organic matter.
