After a family had complained about a neighbor's loud and aggressive behavior, the neighbor retaliated by being very loud and very aggressive. She storms up the stairs and begins to hack at the family's door with a machete while cursing and screaming. This isn't the first violent encounter they've had with this neighbor, which is why they installed the security camera in the first place. Police did arrest the woman after this incident, but they refused to prosecute her, so now the family and other neighbors are fearing for their safety as the problem is yet to be resolved. View Now

Police in China's Anhui Province suspected a man of drinking and driving, and based on the way he drove straight through a metal barrier, we think they were onto something. Despite the barrier getting caught under his car, causing sparks to fly, the car continued to move. After a short chase, the driver crashed into a light post. No injuries reported. View Now
A motorboat on the Tapajós River in São Paulo, Brazil was out of control for nearly 50 minutes, spinning in circles with a 3-year-old child still onboard. The boat's driver lost control and was tossed out of the vessel, along with another 5-year-old child, but the younger one remained onboard and held on for dear life. Thirteen people are injured after a wooden pedestrian bridge collapsed in the middle of New Year's Eve celebrations. It happened at Gorky Park in Moscow, Russia on the bridge that runs along the park's ice skating rink. The national anthem was playing on the loudspeakers marking the beginning of 2019 when the accident happened, according to ABC News. The victims will receive compensation for the injuries, and the director of the park has been fired.
