Kleopfer says two-headed snakes are exceptionally rare and don't usually live that long. A man and woman in Russia decided to go parasailing at a beach, but that plan went horribly wrong. The owner of the parasailing boat was charging $68 for the rides despite poor wind conditions. The wind sent the couple flying into nearby power lines, where they were electrocuted and fell to the ground. Police are searching for the owners of the parasail boat.
