The Christopher Columbus High School in Miami, Florida is under fire for hosting live animals including a tiger at this year's prom. The theme was "Welcome to the Jungle," and handlers brought in the caged tiger, an African fennec fox, two macaws and a lemur. Mari-Cris Castellanos's brother attends the school, and she shared some shocking video on her Facebook page.
The school has since apologized and regrets its decision. They say the animals were licensed by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, and the tiger was never harmed or forced to perform, according to WLPG.
