Two animals recently went from the middle of the road to their forever homes. First, a car hit a stray dog in Thailand and the poor pup got stuck inside of the grille. After rescuers freed the dog, the driver said he'd adopt it.

Over in Russia, a frightened kitten was in the middle of a busy street when it scurried into a car's engine. A kindhearted motorcyclist helped get it out, then the woman who was driving the car decided to keep the kitty afterwards.
