UPDATE: According to CNN Source: Suspect in shooting at screening of Batman movie had colored his hair red and told police he was "the Joker." 

Warning: This video is graphic. A mass shooting occurred early Friday morning in Aurora, Colorado. The shooting happened at a midnight premier of The Dark Knight Rises. Authorities say 12 people have been killed, and 71 people have been injured. One hundred FBI agents are on the scene, in addition to local authorities. Police arrested 24-year-old James Holmes of Aurora, Colo., for the shootings. The multiplex was packed with people watching the midnight showings of the movie. Police say there was a lot of confusion after the first gunshots because many people thought the sounds were coming from the screen. Police went to the suspect's house after being tipped off that it was full of explosives and had been booby-trapped. Police say they have seen questionable devices inside his apartment. The woman who lived below the suspect called police after hearing strange noises.

UPDATE: According to CNN, the suspect in the shooting at the screening of The Dark Knight Rises had colored his hair red and reportedly told police he was "the Joker."  Investigators are still trying to piece together what provoked the horrific shooting at the premiere of the film in Aurora, Colo. At least 12 people are dead and dozens more are injured after 24-year-old James Holmes allegedly opened fire inside a crowded theater. Only hours after his 3-year-old Rottweiler, Max, was shot and killed by Hawthrone, California police, Leon Rosby stood near the blood spattered sidewalk and described the last moments of his dog's life.
