Doctors found a golf-ball-sized tumor in 10-year-old Casey Doyle and diagnosed him with synovial cell sarcoma. The tumor was removed from his throat and the fifth-grader named the tumor, "Boris." He joined his classmates who wore "Beat Boris" bracelets and smashed a 3-D printed model of the tumor with a wooden mallet. A donor was inspired by the story and has donated the funds to create another 150 tumor models for childhood cancer patients to smash.
