It's been a whirlwind of a week for the Berlin family. On February 5th, father John Berlin made a desperate plea to Facebook and Mark Zuckerberg to allow his family to see their deceased son Jesse's "Look Back" video. RTM was the first to contact John and talk to him via Skype. Since then, John's video has gone viral. Facebook has taken notice, and they've delivered by sending Jesse's video to the family. Zuckerberg himself called John to thank him for bringing the video to his attention. John said Zuckerberg is looking into ways to grant other families access to lost loved one's accounts. We have to hand it to Facebook on this one. We're very happy for the Berlin family.
