This guy is having a really bad day. First, he thinks he won the lottery (keyword being "thinks" here). After thinking he won $25,000, the young man quits his job. Turns out, he didn't win the lottery and when he tried to get his job back, the employer said no. This resulted in an altercation where the neighboring business order was filming. Well, this guy wasn't happy about that and punched through the window. That dude is really mad.
