Law enforcement in South Africa is under fire after this video was posted of police officers tying a man to the back of a police van before dragging him. In this video you can see the 27-year-old taxi driver arguing with police before he's arrested, tied and dragged in Daveyton, Johannesburg. The man later died in police custody.
