Little Boy Gets His Head Stuck in a Concrete Railing 1:41

This little boy in China has seen better days. He poked his head in between a concrete railing, and ended up getting his head stuck. Local rescue personnel had to help the kid out, while a couple dozen onlookers staring at him.
