We recently featured Made In Her Image on RTM, the non-profit organization that empowers young women of color to achieve their dreams of success in the world of filmmaking. The program teaches and helps refine a range of skills — including writing, acting, producing, directing, storyboarding, and more.

Made In Her Image is now teaming up with the cast and crew of the new film "Little", featuring Marsai Martin. Not only does Marsai play one of the lead roles, but she is also one of the film's executive producers and the youngest producer in Hollywood at the age of just 14. We love to see young women, and young people in general, reach their goals in life!

"Little" hits theaters April 12th!

Young Boy's Non-Profit Sends Used Legos To Africa

A simple thought turned into a non-profit that allows struggling children in Africa to have fun and forget their worries for a bit! Micah Slentz was only 6 years old when he came up with the idea for Play Well Africa, an organization that sends used Lego bricks to rural villages in Uganda for children to play with. While these Legos are hard to get rid of in America and can't be recycled, they are very hard to come by in Africa. Micah hopes others are inspired to help out and help educate kids who truly have nothing! via 60 Second Docs View Now
